Returns & Refunds
Everything Printed Rigid Boxes sells is made to order: your size, your artwork, your quantity. An order made for one customer cannot be sold to another, so our rules differ from those of a shop that sells stock items. Please read them before approving a proof.
1. Returns
Custom printed boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. This covers website orders and quote orders alike.
2. If the mistake is ours
Our fault means one of three things: the print differs from your approved proof, the size or style differs from the agreed specification, or the goods arrived with crushed corners, lifted wrap paper or water marks. In those cases we reprint the order for an extra 30% of its original value.
3. What a reprint does not cover
A reprint is not available for spelling, layout, picture quality or colour decisions that appeared on the proof you signed off. Slight shade variation between screen and print is to be expected.
4. Reporting a problem
Tell us within 5 business days of delivery by email (info@printedrigidboxes.com) or phone ((914) 435-5154). We need your order number and photos showing the problem and the outer box. Please hold on to the boxes; we may ask for samples. We cannot accept claims after 5 business days.
5. Refunds
We refund an order only if we cannot produce it. The amount paid goes back to the payment method you used. There is no refund once an order has been printed and dispatched.
6. Rush orders
Rush production (5 business days) carries an extra fee, which is not refundable once production has begun.
7. Samples
Samples from earlier jobs, sent to show our materials, are free. A sample made with your own design or size is charged, and that charge is not refundable after the sample is made.
8. Cancelling
An order can be cancelled free of charge up to the moment you approve the proof. Approved orders go straight to production and cannot be cancelled.
