Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with Printed Rigid Boxes, on printedrigidboxes.com or through a quotation, you accept the terms below.

1. Quotes and prices

A quotation reflects the specification you give us and stays open for 30 days. If the size, quantity, stock or print changes, the price may change with it. All prices are in US dollars.

2. Artwork and proofs

We send a digital proof before printing. You are responsible for checking text, layout, colours and sizes on it. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof, and your approval is final. You confirm that you own or may use all artwork, logos and text you send us.

3. Payment

Orders placed in the website shop are paid by cash on delivery. Orders placed by quote are paid by invoice before production begins.

4. Production and delivery

Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval, and rush production 5 business days. We ship free within the USA; transit takes about 3–5 business days. We cannot guarantee carrier timings. Delivered quantity may differ slightly from the order, which is usual for printed goods.

5. Returns, reprints and refunds

We do not take back custom printed goods. See the Returns & Refunds page for reprints and refunds; it is included in these terms.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge until proof approval, and not afterwards.

7. Limitation of liability

The most we can be liable for is the price paid for the order concerned. Indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or a missed deadline, is excluded.

8. This website

Product photos show examples of our work. Because every order is custom, your finished boxes will differ. The content of this site belongs to Printed Rigid Boxes and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Printed Rigid Boxes is registered.

10. Changes

If we revise these terms, the revision applies to orders placed after it is published here.
